Abstract

This study attempts to address one of the important figures who accompanied King Abdulaziz bin Abdul Rahman, He played a role in the early stages after the annexation of the Hijaz in 1344 AH and had an important role in the process of unification and construction. The role that Saeed Jawdat played was not a mere coincidence, but rather the skill of the founding king and his familiarity with men were the reasons for that Had it not been for his selection and appointment of them in the positions they occupied, those names and their deeds would not have appeared, in addition to the great names that the kingdom contained.

This study aims to introduce this personality and highlight his role, especially since he assumed one of the most important positions in the state. The importance of the study lies in the fact that it is the first on Saeed Jawdat, especially since this personality experienced many important events in the stage of unification and construction, in addition to his role in introducing many organizations that contributed to the formation of the military establishment, including the Royal Guard. The study adopted a historical research approach based on analysis in its narrative of the events that the personality lived through and the variables that it went through.
