The study population consists of 1765 workers at thetop and middle management levels inSaudi universities in Riyadh. The study sample consists of 322 individuals and a stratified random sampleis used.
The study concludes that there are statistically significant positive relationships between all of the independent variables and the dependent variable. It also concludes that there is a positive and strong statistical impact of independent variables on the process of manpower planning, so that all basic hypotheses are proven. There is no statistical difference in the responses of the study sample on manpower planning procedures according to the difference in the demographic factors of workers in such universities. Finally, the study suggests some recommendations that encourage and enhance applying the procedures of manpower planning in all Saudi universities.
