The Relative Contribution of the Dimensions of the Nature of Work in Predicting the Quality of Life Among Al-Qassim University Female Employees in Light of Some Demographic Variables

This Research aimed at Detecting the differences in the dimensions of the work nature and the quality of life for Qassim University Female Employees attributed to different of (years of service - social situation - Specialization), identifying the relationships between the dimensions of the work nature and the dimensions of quality of life for Qassim University Female Employees and as well as to predict the quality of life through university degrees employees in the nature of work. And this Research applied on a sample consists of (43) Qassim University Female Employees. Researcher used work nature scale (prepared by the researcher) and quality of life scale (WHOQOl) (prepared by WHO 1995). For Statistical Analysis researcher depend on Mann-Whitney- U Test, Pearson correlation coefficient method and multiple regression analysis. The Results of the Research indicated That There are statistically significant differences in the work nature and the quality of life for Qassim University Female Employees attributed to different of (years of service - marital status), While there are no statistically significant differences in the work nature and the quality of life for Female University Employees attributed to different of specialty, There are a positive relationship between the dimensions of work nature and the dimensions of quality of life for Qassim University Female Employees, Finally, can predict the quality of life through Qassim University Female Employees degrees in the work nature.
