In the third phase, the study has measured the type and quantity of the buying and selling of properties by rural people to make it easier to hold the comparison between them and the buying and selling of the military and state employees. The conclusion has been extracted from the relationships concluded in the mentioned phases to see the development and growing of  the study groups through this listing.
