Abstract

The availability of the necessary life skills for the job market for the graduate female teachers of University from the point of view of female educational supervisorsThe education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia received a great interest from the rulers, and this was evident in the five-year plans for development, which has made education its main priority as increased funds for education, and that lead to the increases in the institutions of education and prepare students and the preparation of faculty members, but the changes of the times and the challenges of the third wave represented in the information revolution and rapid technological progress, As a result, the educational institutions had to review and develop programs and curricula from time to time in order to update and add what is necessary in line with the life skills and labor market requirements and the needs of the community.Aim of the research: This research aimed to identify the availability of the necessary life skills for the job market with the graduate female teacher of the University in the light of contemporary challenges and requirements of the labor market.Research tool: a questionnaire composed of five main themes: cognitive skills, social skills, job skills, technical skills and citizenship skills. Content validity & reliability where ensured to be sufficient for the research. Sample of the research: consisted of (150) female educational supervisors in Riyadh city.Research methodology: descriptive and analytical research methodology.

Research questions: Q 1: What are the life skills necessary to the requirements of the labor market in light of the changes of time? Q 2:What are the main challenges facing graduate female teacher of the University in light of the changes of time?Q3: Is there any differences of statically significance (α< 0.05)between the average of responses of the educational supervisors' due to the following variables: scientific qualifications, years of teaching experience, specialization, and the educational stage? Q 4: What is the availability of the necessary life skills to the requirements of the graduate female teacher in the labor market in the light of contemporary changes from the point of view of educational supervisors?

 Research Results:1.It is noted that the majority of the research sample reported that the availability of life-skills on 2.the five themes of the questionnaire are available (moderately), which is not fitted with the requirements of the contemporary era.
