Abstract

The research discusses Financial Investment, which is one of the current issues that attract the attention of the investment sector as a whole, and has many tools and structures used in the financial market. In addition, the research discusses the key aspects in building the frame of the perceptions that can be used in formulating provisions related to these tools and structures. Furthermore, the research deals with the nature of financial investment by delving into its concept, vocabulary, and components, and explains the purposes of this type of investment. The research, then, attempts at deducing the most important regulations that govern the concept of investment in financial markets, as they are the controlling rules and responsible conduct.

The research concludes that financial investment is a field with the capacity to accommodate various financial activities, while being subject to laws, regulations and standards that lead financial transactions from the circle of Islamic prohibition to that of lawful earnings.
