Ismail Al-Qadi’s Version of (Al-Kitab)

Comparative study of the transmitted differences

Abstract

This research is concerned with the transmitted differences between Ismail bin Ishaq Al-Qadi’s version of (Al-Kitab); Sibawayh’s book, and the number of differences that I found in various places of this version reached twenty differences. I started this research with an introduction in which I presented an introductory brief about Ismail Al-Qadi, and his connection with (Al-Kitab), Sibawayh’s book.  Then, I followed the first topic in the study of Ismail Al-Qadi’s version; the way it reached us; the differences it contained from other versions. The second topic is to study what I collected from the differences in the version of Ismail Al-Qadi; compare these differences with what I found in other versions of (Al-Kitab); and the edition of Bulaq and Harun, and show the effect and the best correct view. And then the conclusion that included the most important results
