This research addresses the grammatical renewal of Dr. Mahdi Al Makhzoumi in his book "On Arabic Grammar: Rules and Application to the Modern Scientific Method", with study and analysis. Al Makhzoumi is one of the pioneers of contemporary renewal, this book is characterized by its application. He tried to apply his previous theory in the book: "In Arabic Grammar, Criticism and Guidance". The work was well received and appreciated by his fans, unlike his opponents. Because it's not convincing. The research dealt with Mehdi Al-Makhzoumi's position on traditional grammatical thinking, which refused to tolerate the Basra school, and concluded that Dr. Al-Makhzoumi had not reached a completely new arrangement, because his work was not. He did not get rid of the basic rules of ancient Arab scientists.
