One of the controls discussed in the study was: Whoever intends to travel for long distance which grands him a concession, it is granted as long as he leaves the urban boundaries, which is leaving the city’s population, and their opinion: Whenever a person experiences hardship by not combining prayers, he is permitted to combine prayers at home and while traveling. The Islamic scholars’ opinion is that: everyone who need more water than what they have, they are permitted to pray for rain, and Islamic scholars’ opinion that: it is desirable to pray in every panic.
One of the most important findings of the study is that: the travel concession is granted for those who come to the airport intending to travel, and it is also permitted for the medical staff performing a surgery to combine prayers under conditions indicated by the study. It is also permitted combine prayers for those who find it difficult to wait for the Isha “evening prayer” due to the delayed absence of twilight.
The study recommended researchers to focus on the Islamic jurisprudential heritage and apply the texts of Islamic scholars derived from the Qur’an and Sunnah to contemporary reality, in order to achieve a blend of authenticity and modernity, which necessarily leads to the advancement of Islamic jurisprudence and its harmony with reality.
