Abstract

Providing an application model of the balanced performance sheet as a strategic planning instrument for newly established universities in Saudi Arabia, through presenting Majmaah University.

The researcher used the descriptive approach which yielded results and recommendations, the most important of which are the following:

Newly established Saudi universities should apply the Balanced Performance Sheet for strategic planning, without minding the difficulties or showing hesitation concerning its suitability, because the application of the Balanced Performance Sheet is supported by scientific studies in organizations regardless of the activity, the practice, or the size of the organization.

Newly established Saudi universities should apply the Balanced Performance Sheet, adding new dimensions to the four dimensions used in the Majmaah University model.
