Institutional talent management and its relation to improvement of performance of private schools teachers in Makkah

Abstract

The study aims to identify the effect of implementation of Institutional talent management: (employment, encouragement of performance and enhancing talents) in private schools in Makkah from the viewpoint of principals of private schools in Makkah; to identify the degree of performance of private schools teachers In Makkah: (work performance, personal traits, relations with others) from viewpoint of principals of private schools in Makkah; to find the relation between degree of implementation of Institutional talent management and the degree of performance of private schools' teachers in Makkah. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive research method was used supported by a questionnaire for data collection. It was administered to (60) principals of private schools, in addition to (10) people who were selected for a pilot study. The study showed many important results as follows:

 - The degree of implementation of Institutional talent management was "high" in the total results and in all fields (employment, encouragement of performance, enhancing talents) in private schools in Makkah). Also, the degree of performance of the teachers was "high" in the total results and in all fields (work performance, personal traits, relations with others).

- There's a positive correlation that was statically significant at (α ≤ 0.05) p- value between the degree of implementation of Institutional talent management and the degree of performance of the teachers.

There were no statically significant differences (p value = 0.05) in the mean responses of the population about the degree of implementation of Institutional talent management; according to two variables (academic qualifications, years of experience in administrative work).
