Abstract

This study aims to identify how available the dimensions of Balanced Scorecard Card is in Al-Imam Mohammed Ibn Saud Islamic University with its fourth dimensions: (Finance, customer, internal operations, learning & development). To achieve this aim, a questionnaire has been designed and distributed among 100 academic leaders, of whom (82) responded. The descriptive and survey-based method was employed. The most findings include the following: The availability of different dimensions of the Balanced Scorecard was high with a mean of (4.10). They also agreed about the financial dimension in utilizing the financial resources and to obtain varied financing resources, As for the customer dimension, it is represented in in the university attention in the development of educational services and to offer the best varied academic services to students. As to the internal operations, it is represented in the incentives offered by the university to research, identification of the community needs, and team work. The development and learning are featured in the academic programs that develop the academic qualification. The university is also interested to find a niche among other universities, in addition to using modern technologies. In the light of these findings, many recommendations and suggestions have been offered.
