The level of Teaching Qualifications among Special Education Teachers in Teaching Sex Education in Palestine

Abstract

This study aims to test teaching qualifications among special education teachers in teaching Sex Education in Palestine. The sample of the study consists of (80) teachers. Results indicated that the level of teaching qualifications among teachers is high, it also showed significant differences in teaching qualifications due to study variables: Gender, in favor of females, academic level, in favor of BA degree holders, academic stage, in favor of teachers of secondary classes and years of experience, in favor of 10 years level. Based on the results, the study recommends holding workshops and seminars for special education teachers, and to include topics related to sex education in curricula.
