Abstract

The study aimed to identify the level of organizational culture and its relationship to administrative decision-making in the schools of the General Directorate of Education in Musandam Governorate, and to identify the impact of variables related to the study. To achieve the objectives of the study the correlative approach is used. A questionnaire consisting of 40 items is administered to 130 teachers and is then analyzed using the appropriate statistical methods. The results of the study showed that the teachers of the General Directorate of Education in Musandam Governorate are aware of the importance of organizational culture at a very high level and the importance of the decision-making axis at a high level. The results indicated that there is a high and good relationship between the level of organizational culture and decision-making in the schools of the General Directorate of Education in Musandam Governorate. In the light of the results, the study proposed a number of recommendations, including: the involvement of teachers in developing the vision of the school and the implementation of its objectives, and the engagement of teachers in decision-making processes.
