Abstract

The study aimed to determine whether there are statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) in the degree of application of the dimensions of the organization and its practices in the educational supervision department and its offices in Makkah, and the change that took place during the period (1435-1439H), and If there were statistically significant differences between the mean responses of the study sample to the degree of application during the two years due to variables: (gender, educational qualification, job title, years of experience). The descriptive method and the DLOQ questionnaire were used as a tool for the study. It was applied to a simple random sample (304 supervisors and supervisors) in (1435 AH), and then reapplied (1439 AH) to a similar sample (307). The application of the dimensions of the Learning organization came during the two years on average, like gender and educational qualification variable showed statistically significant differences, and did not show the variables of the job title and years of experience. The study's recommendations include: Establishing a specialized unit in the Department of Educational Supervision to evaluate the culture of learning, measure its levels and consolidate its dimensions.
