The administrative difficulties faced by the Deanship of Faculty and Employee services at Saudi Universities

The study aims to identify the administrative challenges facing the deanships of faculty and employees affairs in Saudi universities, and make relevant recommendations that contribute to reducing the administrative problems facing these deanships.
The study used a descriptive statistic methodology, and used a survey questionnaire as an instrument for it. The study population consisted of all the deans and vice- deans of the deanships of faculty and employee affairs in Saudi universities. The study found the following results:-
Most of the participants in the study agree with all the statements depicting administrative problems facing the deanships of faculty and employee services in Saudi universities, with a Likert statement of (agree).
Most of the participants in the study strongly agree with the statements that indicate solutions to the administrative problems facing the deanships of faculty and employee services in Saudi universities, with a Likert statement of (strongly agree).
There are no statistically significant differences at any significant level in the responses of the study participants on any of the items indicated in the survey questions considering the following variables (job - managerial experience – professional development courses).
The study also made some recommendations, most notably: Automating all administrative and financial procedures at the Deanship - Building a comprehensive database for all faculty and staff at the university.
