Abstract

This study aims to showcase the most prominent international experiences with good education in preparing the Art education teacher for postgraduate studies (Higher Diploma - Master), specifically the field experience and associated practices and applications and how they can be used to develop local and regional programs. This study relied on the descriptive method (content analysis method) of the program and the field experience courses in a sample of nine international programs, seven of which are at the master's level and two at the higher diploma level. These nine international programs were characterized by extensive professional practice for the preparation of a specialized technical education teacher. This study used two tools to analyze the content, the first aimed to analyze each program separately, and the second aimed to compare programs and reach global trends within three scenarios so that these scenarios are applicable to the development of field experience in the preparation of art education teacher programs in the Arab world.
