Abstract

The research aimed to identify the reality of administrative operations in the College of Education in Al-Muzahmiyyah from the viewpoint of faculty members; and to present the most prominent university experiences of American in the field of reengineering of administrative processes; and finally to build a suggested proposal for the reengineering of administrative processes in the College of Education in Al-Muzahmiyah.

The descriptive survey method was used, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for study. The study population and sample consisted of all the faculty members of the College of Education in Al-Muzahmiyyah, one of Shaqra University colleges, that were (94) faculty member.

The study produced several results, the most prominent of which is the lack of a competent department of information technology at the College of Education in Al-Muzahmiyyah, the weak announcement of training programs, by the university administration, for faculty members, in the field of reengineering of administrative processes, and the lack of training programs for faculty members in the field of administrative operations engineering management.
