The attitude towards reflective learning and its relationship to emotional intelligence among a sample of King Faisal University students in light of some variables

Abstract

The research aimed to study the attitudes towards reflective learning as one of the most important strategies of active learning, and the relationship between it and emotional intelligence. The scale of the attitudes towards reflective learning was designed, and the Bar-On scale for emotional intelligence was applied on a sample of (63) undergraduate students of education and arts in KFU after checking the psychometric properties.

The results indicated that the students have positive attitudes towards reflective learning, and there was a positive correlation statistically significant at (0.01) between emotional intelligence and the attitude towards reflective learning that allowed deduce a regression equation

The attitude towards reflective learning = 75.56+ (0.399) emotional intelligence
