The reality practice of Arabic language teachers of classroom management skills considering sophisticated Skills in the Elementary Level in Asir region

Abstract

This research aims at finding out the real practice of Arabic language teachers of classroom management skills considering sophisticated Skills in the Elementary Level in the Asir region. The descriptive approach is used to carry this research. A questionnaire is used to get the data of this research. It consists of (65) phrases divided to (8) domains about  (leadership, planning, negotiation, teamwork, communication and communication, crisis management, time management, and social relations management). After verifying the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, it was distributed to a sample of (156) teachers and supervisors of the Arabic language.

Results showed that the Arabic teachers ’ reality practice of sophisticated skills in classroom management skills is ranged from medium to high, which means the two dimensions (planning and crisis management) are practiced with a medium degree, while the rest of the dimensions are practiced with a high degree. But the T-test value of the teachers’ opinions and educational supervisors is not functioning in the two dimensions (planning and leadership), while the T-test value results of the dimensions (negotiation, teamwork, relationship and communication, crisis management, time management, social relations management)  are functioning towards female teachers.
