Abstract

The study aimed to identify the reality of improving organizational commitment in public education schools in the city of Riyadh and to present a proposed vision for improving organizational commitment in public education schools in Riyadh. To achieve this goal, a sample consisting of 117 school leaders from public education schools in north and central Riyadh was selected. A questionnaire was used to collect data consisting of three axes, and a descriptive approach was used in this study. The results of the study concluded that the degree of approval of a sample The study on the reality of improving organizational commitment in public education schools in Riyadh was moderate on all dimensions (after emotional commitment, after continuous commitment, after permanent commitment). The study was also presented to visualize a proposal to improve organizational commitment in public education schools in Riyadh.
