Knowledge Management Processes and their Impact on Enhancing Strategic Intelligence - An Analytical Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Academic Leaders at Qassim University

The study aimed to identify the level of application of knowledge management processes and the level of strategic intelligence at Qassim University, as well as to reveal the effect of knowledge management processes in enhancing strategic intelligence. To achieve this, the study adopted the descriptive approach, and a "questionnaire" was developed as a tool for data collection; Where it was applied to a stratified random sample of (110) academic leaders at Qassim University, and the study found that the level of application of knowledge management processes came with a "medium" rating, and the knowledge storage dimension was the highest in terms of application, while the knowledge generation dimension came with the least applied knowledge management process. The level of strategic intelligence was rated "average" as well, and the motivation dimension was the highest dimension of strategic intelligence, while the foresight dimension was the least applied. The results also showed that knowledge management processes have a statistically significant impact on enhancing strategic intelligence, and the process of sharing knowledge was the most influential while The process of storing the least influencing knowledge came in strategic intelligence, and the study recommends supporting knowledge management processes at the university and establishing a knowledge-based management system in planning, and making decisions, developing a system to motivate faculty members and academic leaders, and adopting the concept and applications of strategic intelligence to ensure dealing with future challenges. And the available opportunities to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness, the creation of a center for (strategic intelligence and future studies), and effectiveness The role of knowledge management processes in diversifying and activating strategic intelligence activities at the university.
