This research aimed at studying vocational education necessary for secondary school students in Saudi Arabia challenges it faces and ways to overcome such challenges to present a proposed future vision for secondary school students' vocational education in the light of changes expected to occur after 2030 Vision and future tendencies of KSA. The researcher used the analytical descriptive methodology with a questionnaire and applied the Delphi method to a sample consisted of (2696) male and female secondary school teachers in Saudi Arabia. The research came out with several conclusions, including that: the student-related vocational education challenges, school environment-related challenges, teacher-related challenges and the community-related challenges received a high degree of approval, while family-related challenges received a very high degree of approval. The priorities of challenges facing vocational education for secondary school students were as follows: family-related challenges came first and then the community, followed by the school environment, then teacher-related and finally student-related challenges. The research also found that there are statistically significant differences at the level of (0,001) attributable to the sex variable (male teachers/female teachers) in favor of male teachers. There are also statistically significant differences at the level of (0,001) in all study tracks in favor of the experienced path of (less than 5 years). In addition, the research found ways to overcome vocational education challenges and came out with a forward-looking vision for secondary school students' vocational education expected to occur after 2030 Vision and future tendencies of the Kingdom. The research concluded with a number of recommendations.
