Educational Requirements for Enacting Virtual Classes from Faculty Members' Perspectives at Hael University

This study aimed to identify the degree of importance of educational requirements for enacting virtual classes from female faculty members' perspectives at Hail University. An analytical descriptive approach was used in that a questionnaire was used as a research tool to collect the required data. Then, a sample of (96) female faculty members was randomly selected by the researcher.
The findings of the study revealed that the degree of importance of educational requirements for enacting virtual classes from female faculty members' perspectives was high. The requirements were ordered as follows: content material, learner, faculty member, and technical aspects. Accordingly, the researcher recommended that such educational requirements reached in this study should be available to enact virtual classes at Hael University.
