Abstract

The current study aims at identifying the Reality of practicing Permanent leadership of academic leaders in the College of Education Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University; and the Difficulties facing them for thatAlso, it aims at proposing proper solutions to improve permanent leadership practicing by academic leaders in Colleges of Education.  The study adopted a  descriptive survey approach through the distribution of a questionnaire to all staff members in the College of Education Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University which added up to (279) members and study respondents were (197) members, so the responses reached (70%) from study community. The study reached a number of results, most notably the following: Study respondents agree on the Reality of practicing Permanent leadership by academic leaders in College of Education Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University with a (high) degree in all its four dimensions, where came in succession: internal moral perspective, transparency of relationships, self-awareness, balanced treatment. Study respondents agree on ‘the Difficulties of practicing Permanent leadership by academic leaders in College of Education Imam Muhammad Bin Saud Islamic University with the (medium) degree. While approval came, Study respondents on ‘proper proposals of practicing Permanent leadership by academic leaders in College of Education Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University with a (very high) degree. Also, there were statistically significant differences in the study with responses on Reality of Practicing Permanent leadership by academic leaders in College of Education Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University.   ‘The Difficulties that hinder practicing Permanent leadership by academic leaders in College of Education Imam Muhammad Bin Saud Islamic University due to scientific department.
