Abstract

This research aims to know The degree of contribution of postgraduate programs in the Department of Curricula and Instruction at Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University in developing students' research skills from the viewpoint of students and faculty members. The questionnaire tool was used. The study showed many results. The most important is identified (42) research skills that postgraduate programs should Develop for students. The degree of contribution of postgraduate programs in the Department of Curricula and Instruction in providing graduate students with research skills came to a moderate degree from the viewpoint of the faculty members with a general mean score average of (3.31 out of 5.00). It came with a high score from the students' point of view with a general mean score average of (3.94 out of 5.00).   In addition, there are statistically significant differences at a significant level (0.05) in the responses of study members of faculty and postgraduate students towards the degree of contribution of postgraduate programs in the department of curricula and instruction in providing postgraduate students with research skills for the benefit of postgraduate students.
