The researcher checked validity and reliability.  The tool was administrated to (34) faculty members in the faculty of education at Jeddah University.  The findings of the study showed that the quality standards were domains with an average degree (subjects of scientific theses - theoretical framework and previous studies of scientific theses - results of scientific theses and their interpretations). The  quality standards were available in other domains in a high degree، (the methodology of scientific theses and its procedure in the first order in terms of the degree of availability of quality standards، while; The results of scientific theses and their interpretations in the last order، and there are significant statistical differences attributed to the difference in the academic rank in most domains except for three domains، namely (topics of scientific theses - the results of scientific theses and their interpretations - references and documentation and output. There are no significant statistical differences attributed to the difference in the number of years of service in all domains، except for the domains of recommendations and proposals.  There are no significant statistical differences attributed to the difference in the number of theses discussed، except for the reference، documentation، and output domains. The study recommended several recommendations. The most important of which are: focusing on originality and novelty when selecting topics for scientific theses، and paying attention to the integrity of scientific theses from linguistic and typing errors.
