Abstract

This study aimed to identify the satisfaction level of parents of students with disabilities towards the use of E-learning platforms during the corona pandemic. The study sample included (220) parents of students with disabilities in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The researcher used the descriptive approach to suit the nature of the current study and to achieve its objectives. The researcher developed a questionnaire consisting of (18) statements that measure the satisfaction level of parents of students with disabilities regarding the use of E-learning platforms during the corona pandemic. The study concludes that the satisfaction level of parents of students with disabilities towards the use of E-learning platforms during the corona pandemic was lowThe study also showed statistically significant differences between the responses of parents of students with disabilities towards using E-learning platforms during the corona pandemic.   Three variables: (academic level) in favor of the “secondary and below” and “doctoral” level, (the student's educational program), in favor of "communication disorders", "multiple disabilities", and (the student's academic level) in favor of the "secondary level". On the other hand, the study emphasized that there were no statistically significant differences between the responses of parents of students with disabilities towards using E-learning platforms during the corona pandemic and three variables (gender, age and occupation status).
