Suggested Mechanisms For Developing Educational Research Policies For Faculty Members At Najran University In The Light Of Competitive Advantage

This study aimed to identify the proposed mechanisms for developing educational research policies for faculty members at Najran University in light of the competitive advantage. The descriptive survey method was used. The study sample consisted of (80) individuals, including (41) males and (39) females, chosen from the faculty members of the College of Education at Najran University in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during the second semester of the academic year 1443 AH. The results showed that the total degree of the study sample's responses about the proposed mechanisms for developing educational research policies for faculty members at Najran University in light of the competitive advantage and its three criteria came with a very high degree of appreciation, and there were statistically significant differences in the estimates of the study sample about the proposed mechanisms for developing educational research policies for members of the faculty. The teaching staff at Najran University in the light of the competitive advantage on the total score and on all criteria is attributed to the variables of academic rank and in favor of the category of professor and years of experience in favor of the category of more than ten years, while no statistically significant differences appeared due to the variable of gender. The study recommended the development of educational research policies for faculty members at Najran University in the light of the competitive advantage criteria that the study results reached.
