Requirements for the application of talent management in saudi universities in the light of strategic management from the point of view of academic leaders

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the reality of the application of talent management in Saudi universities in the light of strategic management, Identify the difficulties that limit the application of talent management in Saudi universities in light of strategic management, and identify Requirements for the application of talent management in Saudi universities in the light of strategic management from the point of view of academic leaders. To achieve these goals, the descriptive approach and the questionnaire were adopted to collect data, and a sample was selected consisting of (310) academic leaders working in Saudi universities, and the results of the study reached the degree of application of talent management in Saudi universities in the light of strategic management and in all its dimensions were average. The difficulties that limit the application of talent management in Saudi universities in the light of strategic management to a moderate degree, and the results found that the need to provide the requirements for the application of talent management in Saudi universities in light of strategic management was hig.
