Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed at evaluate programs of training courses which held in the Training Center of Educational Leadership in the College of Education at the University of King Saud, from the perspective of the trainees , and to identify the necessary proposals for the development of training programs through a personal interview . Results of the study for five statements on the average level, and the rest of the statements got a high level, and did not get any statements on a low level , and it was the overall average for the entire study tool within a high level as they are across the board. The results of develop programs of training courses through a personal interview, including: continuing the work of the training programs established , and the need to diversify the methods of evaluation to include all elements of the training program , and the need for the participation of all trainees when planning for training programs , and to reconsider the duration training course to become the academic year instead of one semester , the study recommended a set of recommendations , including: continuous assessment of the trainees during the session and provide the trainees with the outcome of their performance in the course first hand , and the importance of coordination and integration with respect to the preparation of training courses between the College of Education, represented the status of the preparation of educational leaders and the Ministry of Education and education.
