Abstract

The aim of this research was to find out the relationship between educational leadership styles and quality of education for scientific institutions managers in Imam Mohammed bin Saud Islamic University. So that the concepts of educational leadership styles, quality of education, the relationship between educational leadership styles and quality of education, scientific institutions, and previous research studies ware presented. Two scales about educational leadership styles and quality of education ware designed and their psychometric characteristics ware computed, and applied on 30 managers of scientific institutions. The sample consists of (44) managers. The results indicated that there are variations in both educational leadership styles and quality of education. Also, there were statistically correlations between educational leadership styles and quality of education. Furthermore, Results indicated that managers who have higher qualifications more than university qualification and wide experiences more than 10 years are experiencing democratic leadership styles. Results interpreted according to previous researches studies. Further recommendations and future research studies are required.
