Activation of Partnership Between the University and Production Institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from the Perspectives of Experts

Abstract

This study aims at disclosing the theoretical fundamentals of the partnership between the university and the productive institutions, in addition to identifying the obstacles and the requirements to effectiveness the partnership between the university and the productive institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as identifying the most proper options to the following cases in order to the effectiveness of the  partnership between the university and the productive institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from the viewpoint of experts: including the philosophy, goals, foundation, construction, academic programs, admission policy, organizational structure, and financial resources. The study used the documentary descriptive approach, in addition to the questionnaire as a tool of the study. The study has concluded a number of results the most important of them: Many countries throughout the world depend on the partnership as a key factor to achieve the comprehensive development in different fields, where the partnership contributes in unifying the efforts off all the different sectors, that make the benefit more greater for the partnership parties. In the light of the study results, a number of recommendation and proposals has been concluded.
