Abstract:
The study aimed at the reality of institutional excellence management in secondary schools in the city of Riyadh, from the point of view of the school leadership (deputies) and its teachers. Standing on the reality of applying entrepreneurial leadership in secondary schools in Riyadh, presenting a proposal for institutional excellence for secondary schools in Riyadh in the entrance of entrepreneurial leadership. To achieve the objectives of the study; The researcher used the descriptive method in its survey style, and the questionnaire as a tool for the study. It was applied to the study population consisting of secondary school leaders and teachers, whose number is (7006) female leaders, undersecretaries and teachers, and the study sample was (690) leaders, agents and teachers, who were chosen by the simple random method. The study reached a number of results, most notably: that all the phrases (the first axis, which relates to the reality of institutional excellence in secondary schools in the city of Riyadh), came to a medium degree, which indicates a low availability of institutional excellence in secondary schools in the city of Riyadh and the need for more Make the effort to actually improve. And that all the phrases (the second axis, which relates to the reality of applying pioneering leadership in secondary schools in the city of Riyadh) came in a medium degree. This also indicates the low availability of entrepreneurial leadership in secondary schools in the city of Riyadh and the urgent need for more application in practice.
