Abstract

The present research aimed at identifying The reality of the female teachers performance in the intermediate schools in Asir In the Light of the philosophy of McGraw-Hill book series, as well as studying the impact of teaching experience variables, the average performance of the students of (first-third-second) grades in comparison with the performance of the teachers of mathematics.

The research sample consisted of(50) teachers working in(38) intermediate schools in Asir. A performance checklist was applied to the sample, and the results showed that the  teaching performance of the teachers of mathematics in teaching skills according to the McGraw-Hill book series was weak in General by a  percentage (47.55%). With regard to the dimensions the checklist the highest one was the first concerning  preparing and creating an appropriate learning environment, with percentage (52.07%), and the lowest was the fourth concerning evaluating the  students of a percentage (45.20%), while the percentage of the second and third dimensions were (46.86%) And (46.06%). In the light of past results some recommendations and suggestions were offered
