Developing administrative processes in public schools in the light of the approach to electronic administration - a proposed conception

Abstract

 The study aimed to provide a proposed vision for the development of administrative processes in public schools in the light of the entrance to electronic administration, by identifying the reality, revealing obstacles to their development, and determining the requirements for development from the point of view of school administration supervisors. The study followed the descriptive approach in its survey method, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for it. The study community consisted of school administration supervisors in the Riyadh Education Department, numbering (92) supervisors, and the comprehensive inventory method was used for the limited study community, and (84) questionnaire valid for statistical analysis was obtained. The study resulted in a number of results, most notably: The study members agree to a high degree on the reality, with an arithmetic average of (3.54), which they also agree with the degree of Medium on the obstacles to the development, with an arithmetic average of (3.20). They also agree to a high degree on the requirements for developing administrative performance, with an arithmetic average of (3.41).
