Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of using designed enrichment activities in “Operations of Life” unit on sixth grade students’ science achievement. This study used a quasi-experimental with experimental and control groups. Participants were sixth-grade students chosen from an elementary school. The school has been chosen intentionally for implementation because of its cooperative administration and the availability of the needed equipment such as laboratories and a resource room. The results revealed the positive impact on the experimental group which studied the unit using supported enrichment activities in the achievement test compared to their peers in the control group.
