Abstract

Information Systems at Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University from the perspective of academic leaders, the study used descriptive survey-based method, and a questionnaire as a tool administered to a population of (256) of academic leaders. A total of (173) leaders responded representing (67.5%) of the study's population.

  The most important results of this study are as follows:

  • The level of effectiveness of administrative information systems at the University of Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic from the perspective of academic leaders was (high).
  • All the dimensions of the study were (high) as follows: The impact of management information systems on performance in university, Service Quality, Information Quality, System Quality, Intention to Use, User Satisfaction.
  • There were statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the responses of the study members in the responses to the experience variable and current work variable, while there were no differences regarding the academic rank variable.
