Abstract

The study aims to detect the level of managerial accountability and improve the performance of female employees in the Female Students’ Study Center from the viewpoint of the educational leadership at Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University. The researcher uses the descriptive approach in its two methods: the correlative and the survey methods. Moreover, the researcher designed a questionnaire consisting of 28 items. This studywasconductedon 56 managerial leadership in the Female Students’ Study Centre. The results of this study reveal that the level of managerial accountability and the level of performance improvement of the female employees in the Female Students’ Study Center are moderate in general. This result indicates that the vision of the educational leadership is not totally clear, and monotony and boredommight have crept into the employeesaccordingly. The results also show that there is a direct effect of the managerial accountability on the performance improvement; i.e. the moremanagerial accountability increases, the more the performance improves. Based on the results of the study, the researcher puts forth a number of recommendations and suggestions.
