Abstract

teacher on social media from the point of view of teachers in Saudi Arabia, to identify the degree of its impact on their morale from their point of view, and to identify proposals to benefit from the speech directed to the teacher on social media Raise the morale of teachers towards their work. The study was based on the descriptive approach, and the study population consisted of teachers in three educational departments: Riyadh, Jeddah, and Ash Sharqiyah Region, whose number was (173394) male and female teachers, and the sample of the study consisted of (672) male and female teachers. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was developed consisting of (50) items distributed on three axes.

The study results showed that the teacher's positive perception on social media was to a large extent, while the negative perception of the teacher on social media came to a medium degree, and that the effect of the speech directed to the teacher on social media on his morale was to a large extent. The proposals adopted by the study obtained a very large degree of approval.
