The study aims to identify the reality and obstacles and make suggestions to enhance artificial intelligence applications to confront COVID-19 by the faculty members at Majmaah University. It adopted the descriptive approach and applied a questionnaire to (130) faculty members at Majmaah University. The results revealed differences in the responses to the items of the 1st domain (reality), the 2nd domain (obstacles), and the 3rd domain (suggestions). The arithmetic means of the 1st domain were (2.86: 4.32), rating 3.31 with moderate agreement, those of the 2nd domain were (3.63: 4.2), rating 3.94 with high agreement on the obstacles, and those of the 3rd domain were (4.07: 4.53), rating 4.23 with very high agreement on suggestions. The study recommends employing augmented reality to make education fun and directing research towards applying artificial intelligence in the educational process.
