Abstract: The study aims to validate the effectiveness of an educational pillar based program in cultivating listening comprehension skills among fifth grade students, with a sample of 60 students from fifth grade in Mecca. Based on the experimental method designed by the experimental group and control group, researchers prepared a list of listening comprehension skills in the study sample, conducted tests to measure these skills, and then submitted them to the arbitrator for exploratory application in calculations Psychological characteristics were developed based on educational pillars, teacher guides, and student manuals. After applying learning tools and statistically processing them, a series of results were obtained, including: the experimental group's students performed better than others Students in the control group were taught courses based on educational pillars, while students in the control group learned listening comprehension skills in dimensional applications in the usual way. The experimental group had a high average score in dimensional applications Under the balance of tribal applications, the listening comprehension skills of each skill were tested separately, which demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed plan based on the education pillar. The study then recommended conducting training courses for Arabic language teachers to enhance their understanding of how to Utilize educational pillars to cultivate primary school students' listening comprehension skills
