Teaching the unity of national identity using the Round House strategy and its impact on developing motivation towards achievement among third-year middle school female students

The current study aimed to teach the unity of national identity with the Round House Strategy and its impact on developing motivation towards achievement among third-grade female students in the city of Mecca. The quasi-experimental approach was used, and to achieve this goal, a guidebook for the Round House Strategy was prepared, and a scale consisting of (3) dimensions of achievement motivation. They are: perseverance, ambition, setting goals. It was presented to a number of arbitrators and the necessary modifications were made to it. The scale in its final form consisted of a number of statements totaling (36) statements. It was applied pre-tested to a sample of (70) female students. Dividing them into an experimental group consisting of (35) female students, and a control group consisting of (35) female students, then introducing the independent variable to it (the round house strategy), and it was applied post-hoc. The results showed that there was a statistically significant difference at the significance level (α≤0.05) between the average scores of the experimental and control groups on the achievement motivation scale in favor of the post-measurement of the experimental group. To measure the effect, the Eta coefficient (2) was calculated, reaching (0.95), which indicates the impact of teaching the unity of national identity according to the Round House Strategy and its impact on developing motivation towards achievement among female students. Among the most important recommendations is paying attention to and enhancing achievement motivation among female students. And diversification in education strategies.
