Training Methods by Educational Training Supervisors In Saudi Arabia

Abstract

The current study aimed to identify the degree of implementing training methods and their importance to educational training supervisors in Saudi Arabia.  The study also aimed to identify differences in the views of participants in the degree of applying training methods and their importance to educational training supervisors in Saudi Arabia, in accordance with two variables of the study, namely academic qualifications and experience in the field of educational training. The number of participants was (191) training supervisors in (40) training centers under the Ministry of Education in Saudi Arabia.

The descriptive method was used, and the following results were obtained:

- The total mean of applying the educational training methods is (2.74), and its importance (3.20). Thus, the level of applying the training methods and their importance to educational training supervisors according to the participants was average.

-The study also showed that the (v) value (at the level of 0.05) of applying the training methods and their importance to the educational training supervisors with regard to the variables of academic qualifications and the experience in the field of educational training is not statistically significant.

In light of the results of the study, the researcher made a number of recommendations and suggestions.
