The study aimed to identify the reality of the employment of faculty members at the College of Education for Web Professional Development Communities in their teaching performance at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The study used the descriptive survey method to achieve its objectives by applying a questionnaire to a random sample of faculty members. It consisted of (79) faculty members in the academic year 1443/1444 AD. The study reached the following results:
The degree of response of the sample members to the axes of the questionnaire and the questionnaire as a whole was (large), and it also found that there is no statistically significant difference in all the axes of the questionnaire and the questionnaire as a whole according to the variable of specialization, and there is no statistically significant difference in all the axes of the questionnaire and the questionnaire as a whole according to the variable of experience, while it indicated that There is a statistically significant difference between the average responses of the sample members according to the degree variable in the axes of obstacles and requirements for the employment of faculty members at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University to the communities of professional practice via the web in their teaching performance, and the absence of a statistically significant difference between the average responses of the sample members according to the degree variable In the focus of the reality of the employment of faculty members at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University for professional communities of practice via the web in their teaching performance between an assistant professor and a professor for the benefit of an assistant professor.
